  • Improving delivery reliability and speed by applying leading edge Supply Chain techniques while managing cost-to-serve objectives.

 

  • Provide New Item Setup and Reporting Assistance to Manufacturers that do business with Retailers not limited toears, Kmart, Target, Walmart, Meijer, Kohls, Bealls, etc.  IE. Enter new items into Data Catalogs such as 1SYNC and GXS. Complete setup of new items in IMA, SPIN, IMN, PIM, Retail Link, and Meijer Vendor Net.

  • Promoting the Collaborative Forecasting process and the integration of the forecast within our company S&OP process delivering a positive, direct impact on the P&L as a result of the initiatives and activities.

 

  • Own and manage the cross-functional project plans for on-boarding new customers, as well as for entry into new customer channels/markets.

 

  • Engages and builds relationships with all assigned Supply Chain Alignment customers.  Interacts with key principals at the customer for all strategic initiatives, presentations, dashboard reviews, and key decisions.

 

  • Owns and directs Supply Chain projects which have a significant impact with company objectives related to freight optimization, inventory reduction initiatives, customer support systems, etc.  Responsible for direct customer project scopes, timelines, and results.  Drives accountability within the Supply Chain, ensuring that projects drive measurable results alignment across the company value chain and with our customers.

 

  • Sets stretch objectives for the Supply Chain to ensure evolution of the functional capability of the department and continuous improvement.  Ensures that primary and secondary customer-centric metrics are in place for each initiative.  Ensures alignment in measuring the appropriate Supply Chain metrics based on customer and business expectations. 

 

  • Partners with Sales leadership to identify Supply Chain Alignment customers and initiatives.  Summarizes and shares Supply Chain Alignment deliverables and results with leadership. Maintains a strong relationship with Sales Directors, Account Managers, and Branch Managers communicating frequently on all Supply Chain related activities.

 

  • Reports significant deviations in ordering, inventory, Point-of Sale (POS), and other key business drivers in cross function meetings with timely and valuable insight.  Summarizes overall Retail and/or Wholesale channel inputs while leading cost-to-serve and service discussions in the business. 

 

  • Prioritizes workload and ensures focus on the right deliverables is in place based on needs of the business.  Utilizes functional Supply Chain expertise to execute projects and improve service (Supply Chain Services, Customer Service, Sales Operations, Sales and Operations Planning, Logistics, etc.).  Simplifies complex analysis into basic components – turns raw data and information into useful insight.

 

  • Vendor Manage Inventory (VMI) experience utilizing Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well enterprise systems with Sales Force, Ariba System, Transportation Management System (TMS), Manugistics, E3, MRP, ERP, SAP and Oracle

 

  • End to End Supply Chain Customer Support for Kmart, Sears, Meijer, Target, Wal-Mart, Rite Aid, Dollar General, Family Dollar, Dollar Tree, Costco, ULTA, Bed Bath & Beyond, Harmon, Christmas Tree Shop, Kohls, Nordstrom, Fred’s, Marc Glassman  and  ALDI. 

 

  • End to End Supply Chain Franchise Account Support for Starbucks, Popeyes, Church’s Chicken, Baskin Robbins, Jamba Juice
